Depuis 2019 : avec Gaël (petit-fils) et la création de l'EARL DU BIGNAUX avec toujours un troupeau de vache de race Montbéliarde reconnaissable grâce à sa robe Marron et Blanche.
Nous élevons depuis 50 ans, un troupeau de vaches principalement de race Montbéliarde, reconnu pour leurs qualités fromagères et la richesse de leur Lait (teneur en matière grasse)."
